“I met Johan for the first time in the starting phase of the Ventourisproject (Ardatis – Cegeka). The self-assessment and 360 degrees feedback of the management team (10 persons) were inspiring sessions that had a positive effect on my own and my professional development. During those sessions, the foundations of a strong team were built which allowed us to start, develop and finish a large ICT project (project for the social insurance funds – 30.000 working days). Johan is a pleasant and sympathic person who perfectly combines the desire for quality and end result with respect and attention to each individual. He is really a good coach and brings out the team spirit of the group. After these sessions, the management functioned on a very high level despite the high work pressure. This was achieved by having adequate attention and support of each other and within the entire team of 65 persons.
